Who are you?

Glad to meet you! We are Busy Peach we believe in unapologetic pleasure, fearless exploration, and breaking the stigma around female sexuality. Founded by two best friends from New York who share a passion for sex positivity and taboo-free attitudes, our mission is to empower women to embrace their desires with confidence and joy.

What are the shipping and delivery times?

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery times to the US usually take 5-6 business days, Canada 6-10 business days and International 6-18 business days.

How can I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website or by using universal tracking websites like 17track.net. 

What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

Please contact us with your order number ASAP so that we can check and boost the delivery process. You can email us at busypeach@hotmail.com or by using the Contact Us page.

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at busypeach@hotmail.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Can I return my product for a refund?

Sure! We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.
